Creative truth in our movement sources from the subtle quality of our breath, where our inner body relates to everything around us.  In this special collaboration, Travis and Kristen will use resonance breathing coupled with attentive movement in an all levels Vinyasa Yoga sequence, opening you up to receive an extended symphonic gong savasana where you will be bathed in an ocean of divine sound.
